עשרות מחברי הארגון חגגו את ראש השנה החדשה תשע”ז
Dozens of members celebrated the New Year
באווירה חגיגית התכנסו עשרות מחברי הארגון במרכז רבין בתל-אביב ב-27 בספטמבר 2016, להרמת כוסית לקראת ראש השנה תשע"ז.
באירוע החגיגי אירחנו משלחת גדולה מגרמניה בראשות שרת התרבות של נידרזאקסן, הגב' פראוקה הייליגנשטאט. ד”ר ינס כריסטיאן וגנר, מנכ”ל הקרן לשימור אתרים במדינת נידרזאקסן (האתר העיקרי הוא ברגן-בלזן – גם מחנה הריכוז וגם מחנה העקורים) היה אף הוא במשלחת, שכללה צוות ממשרד התרבות, וכן מספר חברי פרלמנט (לאנדטאג) של נידרזאקסן.
לאחר שחברי הארגון וחברי המשלחת סיירו במוזיאון רבין בהדרכה מאורגנת ונהנו מכיבוד קל, התכנסו כולם באולם.
השרה הייליגנשטאט וד”ר ינס כריסטיאן וגנר בירכו בלבביות את חברי הארגון, לאחר שפגשו אישית את החברים ולחצו את ידיהם בחום עם תחילת האירוע.
שמחנו לראות בין המברכים את שר הרווחה חיים כץ, שהוריו היו בבלזן, וכן את אריאל יהלומי, יו"ר הארגון, שנטל חלק באירוע לאחר החלמה.
טוני דריילינגר, חברת ההנהלה, סיפרה לנוכחים כמה חשובה הפעילות למען הזיכרון.
אריה אולבסקי הציג בפני האורחים מחו"ל והחברים מצגת ממוחשבת קצרה אודות ההיסטוריה של הארגון ופעילותו כיום.
את האירוע הנחתה חברת הנהלת הארגון יוכי ריץ-אולבסקי. עזרו בארגון הערב תרצה זאבי ושרה גולנדסקי. תודה לגזבר פיני דריילינגר שניהל את גביית דמי החבר.
בסוף הערב חולקו לנוכחים גיליונות של בטאון הארגון – "הקול שלנו" החדש.
הביקוש הרב והופעת חברים שלא נרשמו מראש גרמו לצפיפות במקומות הישיבה, וההנהלה מבקשת מהחברים להקפיד באירועים הבאים על רישום מראש, על מנת שניתן יהיה להתאים את אולם האירוע למספר המשתתפים בעתיד.

In a festive atmosphere dozens of members gathered at the Rabin Center in Tel Aviv on September 27, 2016, for a toast for Rosh Hashana 5777 welcoming together the New Year.
Our dear guests in this special event were members of a delegation from Niedersachsen Germany, headed by Minister of Culture , Mrs. Frauke Heiligenstadt. Dr. Jens-Christian Wagner, Director of Niedersachsen Memorials Foundations (Bergen-Belsen being the major site) was a member of the delegation. Minister Heiligenstadt, who is also the chairman of the foundation council, was accompanied by her staff as well as by several members of Niedersachsen Parliament – Landtag.
After all the members of our organization and the German guests enjoyed a guided tour of the Rabin Museun and some refreshments, all gathered in a special hall.
Minister Heiligenstadt and Dr. Jens-Christian Wagnercongratulated heartedly the audience, after meeting the people personally and shaking their hands at the beginning of the gathering.
We were pleased to see among the speakers our Minister of Welfare Haim Katz, whose parents were at Belsen, and Ariel Yahalomi, chairman of the organization, after his recovery.
Tony Dreilinger, member of the Board, shared with the audience the importance of the activity for the sake of memory.
Arie Olewski presented to the members and the guests a brief computerized presentation about the history of the organization and its various activities today.
The event was directed by member of the Board Jochi Ritz-Olewski. Other members Tirtsa Zeevi and Sara Golandski helped to organize the evening. We also thank our treasurer Pini Dreilinger for dealing with the financial part.
Copies of the new “Unzer Sztyme” ("Our Voice") – our organization’s magazine – were distributed among the participants at the end of the evening.
The great demand and the arrival of members who were not registered in advance, caused an unexpected overcrowding in the meeting. We therefore ask the members to register in advance for the coming events in order to enable us to find a place suitable to the number of participants.
